ELIXIR Change Model

Transforming habits, transforming health

After completing my Health Coaching Diploma, I spent a rewarding year working with a range of clients, pro bono, to deepen my knowledge. I used my health coaching experience in conjunction with my own lived experience of a range of health issues and a decade of organisational change management experience to design my own change model to help clients make and sustain the changes.

A change model is a framework used to guide the change process. â€‹Standing on the shoulders of giants, the great influential organisational change models of the last 70 years, such as Lewin, McKinsey, Kotter, ADKAR, I created the ELIXIR Change Model. I adapted the influential organisational change models that have been proven by the test of time, to a custom model for personal change in a health and wellbeing context.

Using my ELIXIR Change Model as my foundation, I deliver coaching and create online course.

In a free Discovery call I can tell you more about how I can support your change journey through coaching, using the ELIXIR Change Model.

Evidence-based change

The ELIXIR change model is curated from decades of research and experimentation by the likes of: Lewin, ADKAR, the Bridges transition model, the Kotter change model and aspects of McKinsey's 7 S organisation change model.

Elixir coaching has drawn on the these proven models, to create their own unique health change model, placing the individual at the centre.

There is a lot of talk about scaling and mass markets, but our process is not a one size fits all model. We are choosing an approach that invests in the individual. We want to work with people who are as committed to change as we are.

We have taken the knowledge from the "giants" of change and created a personal health and wellbeing change framework.
