A Discovery Call is an opportunity to find out more about what your health coaching at Elixir coaching can do to support your health and wellbeing journey. It is a 20 minute chat on GoogleMeet. You can book your call on the website using the Contact page or click on a Discovery call button. There is absolutely no pressure to sign up to coaching.

A health coach is a trained professional who partners with individuals to support them making permanent lifestyle changes, in a sustainable manner. A health coach will help you tap into your inner wisdom about your health and your body. They will help you create plants to implement changes to improve you health and well-being.

Firstly you use the website 'Contact' page to book a Discovery call. Then if you choose to move forward, you can purchase the coaching sessions from the website. Once the payment has cleared you will be sent via email, a Coaching contract, a Coaching terms of engagement form and a holistic health questionnaire. Once you have competed and submitted all three forms, Elixir coaching will review your forms and most importantly your health questionnaire, this may take up to 4 working days. You will then be sent a link to book your first online coaching session.
